Enquiry & Registration

After making an initial enquiry, parents are required to visit our school office to register for admission. During this visit, an application form will be provided. Once the completed application form is submitted, we will contact the parents to arrange a suitable date for the next step in the admissions process. 

Admission to our school, including nursery school admission, will only be confirmed after the necessary fees have been paid. Our team is here to assist you at every stage to ensure a smooth and clear admission process.

Orientation Programme

We conduct an orientation programme for all newly admitted students to help them settle into their new environment comfortably. This session is designed to introduce students to their classmates, teachers, and the school’s facilities. During the orientation, we also brief parents on our school’s policies, daily routines, and expectations.

• Previous school’s progress report [for grade 1 and above]
• Original school leaving certificate [applicable for grade 2 and above]
• Parent’s undertaking signed by both the parents

Eligibility Criteria

At Vikaasa Jubilee School, we have specific eligibility criteria to ensure that every child is placed in the appropriate class based on their age and readiness. 

Vikaasa is one of the preferred schools for Kindergarten admission, and we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent process.

Pre-Primary Classes

• Pre-Kindergarten: The child should have completed 2 years and 6 months by 1st June of the academic year of admission.
• Lower Kindergarten (LKG): The child should have completed 3 years by 1st June of the academic year of admission.
• Upper Kindergarten (UKG): The child should have completed 4 years and 6 months by 1st June of the academic year of admission.

Middle Level Classes (Classes V and Above)

• Application Submission: Parents are required to fill out the application form and submit it to the school office along with all necessary documents and photographs as specified in the form.
• Scrutiny Process: The application form will be carefully reviewed by our admission committee to ensure all details are complete and accurate.
• Readiness Test: Students applying for middle-level classes must appear for a readiness test. This test helps us assess the student’s preparedness for the class they are applying for.
• Admission Confirmation: Selected students will be notified, and their admission will be confirmed after the payment of the required fees.
