After the initial enquiry, parents are requested to visit our school office to register for admission. During this visit, they can obtain the application form. Once the completed application form is submitted, our admissions team will contact the parents to schedule the next steps in the preschool admissions process or for other grades.

Eligibility Criteria

At Vikaasa, we follow a structured set of eligibility criteria to ensure that each child is placed in the appropriate class based on their age and readiness. This helps in providing a comfortable and supportive learning environment for all students. 

The following are the specific criteria for different classes. We encourage parents to review these carefully before beginning the preschool admissions process.

Pre-Primary Classes

• Pre-Kindergarten: The child should have completed 2 years and 6 months by 1st June of the academic year of admission.
• Lower Kindergarten (LKG): The child should have completed 3 years by 1st June of the academic year of admission.
• Upper Kindergarten (UKG): The child should have completed 4 years and 6 months by 1st June of the academic year of admission.

These age requirements are set to ensure that children are emotionally and intellectually ready to engage with the curriculum at each level.

Middle Level Classes (Classes V and Above)

• Application Submission: Parents need to submit a duly filled application form along with all necessary documents and photographs to the school office.
• Scrutiny and Assessment: The submitted application forms are carefully reviewed by our admission committee. Students applying for middle-level classes must appear for a readiness test, which helps us assess their preparedness for the class they are seeking admission into.

Admission Confirmation: Selected students will be notified by the school, and their admission will be confirmed only after the payment of the required fees.
