Admission Procedure

The four decade old heritage places Vikaasa in the top academic corridors.

Each year the admission process is chalked out to embrace students whose spark is kindled in the precincts of the school with its tested and proven techniques of moulding children.

Enquiry & Registration:  After initial enquiry, Parents are requested to register for admission at the school Office and obtain an application form. Once the application form is submitted, parents will be contacted to proceed with the admissions procedure on a suitable date. Admission will be confirmed to students only after payment of the fees.

Orientation Programme:  An orientation programme is conducted for all newly admitted students.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONGWITH THE APPLICATION:

1. 5 Photographs of the applicant
2. Attested photocopy of birth certificate
3. Attested photocopy of community certificate
4. Medical fitness certificate
5. Photocopy of aadhar card of the child
6. Previous school’s progress report [for grade 1 and above]
7. Original school leaving certificate [ applicable for grade 2 and above]
8. Parent’s undertaking signed by both the parents

Eligibility criteria

Pre-Primary classes

• Pre – kindergarten: the child should have completed 2 Years 6 Months
• Lower Kindergarten (LKG): the child should have completed 3 years .
• Upper Kindergarten (UKG): the child should have completed 4 years 6 months.
• The age is reckoned as on 1st June of the academic year of admission

Middle level classes [ Classes V and above ]

• Application form should be submitted in the office after it is duly filled by the parent along with necessary documents and photographs as specified in the form.

• The Application form will be scrutinized by the admission committee. Students need to appear for a readiness test for the class applied for.

• Selected students will be notified and admission will be confirmed after the due payment of the fees.
