STUDENT’S ACHIEVEMENT

Such is the environment created by the school authorities that Curricular, Co-curricular, Extra-curricular activities are given equal importance, children feel at home and never ill at ease.

THE TOURS

The mind becomes broader by travel. Tours are an eye opener for many of the children as well as teachers of Vikaasa. The places visited are not only feasts to the eyes but also the gates of knowledge. Field trips take up a big share in the list of events. Trips are arranged periodically to different places of educative value.

ANNUAL DAYS

As Vikaasa includes the preprimary, primary, middle school, annual days are serial events. By the time you blink your eyes an annual day programme would pop up before your eyes. The grandeur you see on the day of these annual days will make you wonder about the amount of hard work which goes behind it. It is used to instil in children the qualities of planning, preparation, organization, hardwork, teamwork and above all confidence in public speaking and performance.

THE QUIZ PROGRAMME

The inhouse quiz programme prepares the students for outdoor competitions. Here students themselves arrange class wise quiz programmes. A quiz club functions with the help of eminent teachers making the programme a functional activity. May it be enough to complete with this simple statement, every event is celebrated in Vikaasa rather than conducted.

• The Co-curricular activities at Vikaasa serve to manifest the teacher student bonding and rich outcomes. Likewise, during the Sports Day (Senior) the Race Course grounds will be  awash with the colors of the four houses in November
