An honour and a privilege it is to be the Principal of Vikaasa, the school that stands for excellence and high standards. The fabric of society is changing rapidly. This change significantly influences children’s knowledge and hence education system should improvise itself to mete out with the changes such that children face the challenges brought by the society with confidence and open up a newer horizon. During the last few decades knowledge traits have been cultivated to be at precise, rapid and innovative levels in education system. Academic and non academic performances are equally important for the wholesome development of our children.
Vikaasa is aware of the increasing demands of the society in which compassion and cooperation- problem solving and creativity – communication and responsibility are essential tools that produce better citizens.Students are given the opportunity to handle responsibilities and also to accept responsibilities. As a person associated with this great institution I feel a sense of satisfaction and pride to head the team of skillful qualified teachers who strive to focus their energies in guiding each Vikaasite into a better version of themselves. Our students are reaching new heights, attending some of the most prestigious universities in India and abroad.
In my first year at Vikaasa, I see the engines revving to move forward to these goals and it is just a pure sense of exhilaration. I hope our parents and the community will join us on this important journey.
